Cole Hampel

Cole has been with The Block since opening, and brought 14 years of restaurant experience. From his time serving in Lake Louise BC, managing local restaurants and bartending in the area, Coles brings a unique bar experience to The Block. He's also accumulated a vast knowledge in mixology, offering a wide range of tastes for each individual palette and food pairings. Cole prides himself in his personable connections with guests, and offers a deep knowledge of our food menu. He took on the bar manager role in August 2023 and has since been curating The Block's signature cocktail and beverage menus.
