Samuel Gauthier

Samuel was born in Chisholm Ontario. From a young age he has been interested in the culinary arts, amassing 16 years of experience to this day and becoming a certified Red Seal Chef in December of 2022. Samuel is a Canadore College alumni, having graduated with his level 1 & 2 cook appreticeship degree. Previous employment experiences involve working in the Muskoka for two seasons under Clublink, as well as travelling to various locations during his time there. He has competed in five culinary competitions across Ontario. Sam has been with the Block since its opening as our head chef, now becoming our General Manager to oversee all restaurant operations.
