Sameer Thakur

Sameer is from Himachal Pradesh, a state in north India. He has a B.Sc. in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from IHM Delhi, with a specialization in Culinary Arts. Sameer’s previous work experience is with the Taj Group of Hotels, Carnival Cruise Line, as well as an Indian restaurant located in the United States. Upon coming to Canada, Sameer joined our team in March of 2023 as our prep cook. Sameer is a dynamic member of our team and in winter of 2025 became our Sous Chef.
